DELGO and Media Borough has expanded the free transportation program for the senior citizens of Media Borough!
Through the generosity of the PA lottery and Media Borough, the Community Transit program for senior citizens is being offered free of charge. The program now includes free rides for senior citizens and an escort to doctor's appointments within Delaware County, including Riddle Hospital, or any other hospital in the county, AND rides are now available from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm on Sundays!
Media Borough senior citizens aged 65 and older and an escort may arrange for door-to-door transportation for errands within the borough, doctor's appointments within Delaware County, and on Sunday from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm. Free of charge.
