The Borough was incorporated in 1850. The Media Police Department was organized on January 9, 1877.

We strive to assist, police and protect the residents of Media, the people who work here, and all visitors with integrity and professionalism. By taking a proactive approach toward security and crime prevention we work to keep "Everybody's hometown" a safe and friendly place.

Parking Fees & Time Limits

Parking Meters and Kiosks - All Zones

$1.50 for each hour of parking. All fees shall be payable and enforceable between the hours of 8 am and 8 pm.  Monday through Saturday throughout the borough in all parking zones.
